Guided Growth Therapeutic Services is an independently run, hybrid practice established in 2024 by Tyler-Leah Jackson. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 11 years of mental health expertise, I aim to make therapy accessible, affordable, and impactful from the comfort of your home, car, or even work. I offer virtual and as-needed in-person sessions to  LGBTQIA+SGL adults, teenagers, couples, families, active duty military, Veterans, and other BIPOC persons. I serve those who are experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma-related symptoms, grief/bereavement, interpersonal relationship conflict, other mood-related concerns, domestic violence, sex work, life transitions, families who have participated in adoption, and perinatal/maternal health support.

When working with me, you can expect a collaborative and respectful partnership. My clinical foundations center on understanding each client's unique background and experiences.

Through establishing a strong therapeutic alliance, I cater my techniques to meet your individual needs. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, or navigating a significant life transition, I am here to support you every step of the way.

Areas of Expertise

My approach is client-centered and empathetic, fostering a safe and supportive environment where you can openly explore your thoughts and feelings. Each client I work with is the true expert of their own life.

My role is to listen attentively, learn, and collaborate in exploring alternative paths forward. Together, we do this through thoughtful questions, reframing, meaningful assignments, and compassionate communication.

I leverage evidence-based treatments and theoretical approaches tailored to the goals we establish together, ensuring they align with each client’s unique needs and disposition.
